| GENERAL TERMS |
| To place an order, please contact me via email, Twitter, or Discord, stating what you would like to order, followed by a document and/or text explaining and illustrating what you want. It is essential, but not mandatory, to include visual references of any kind in the document to assist with the project. Please note that the lack of visual references may hinder the progress of the project. After closing the contract, the buyer will be placed on a waiting list and will have the right to be regularly informed of their position. |
| PAYMENT |
| Payment must be made via Pix, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. The buyer is entitled to pay only 50% of the amount before the contract and the other 50% upon delivery of the product. Please note that the commission will only be delivered when the full amount has been paid. |
| COPYRIGHT |
| The buyer has the right to: Use the design for personal use; print the design; use the design to promote themselves on social media crediting the artist. | THE BUYER MAY NOT: Generate profits from the design; sell merchandise featuring the design or resell the design itself; alter the design; delete signatures. |
TO GET RID OF THESE LIMITATIONS, THE BUYER CAN PURCHASE THE COPYRIGHT OF THE PROJECT, WHICH WILL ALWAYS COST 200% OF THE TOTAL VALUE. BY PURCHASING THE COPYRIGHT, THE BUYER WILL HAVE TOTAL FREEDOM OF USE OF THE PRODUCT.
As an artist, I have all legal rights to the project and can publish it anywhere to promote myself once the product is finalized. To make the product private, the buyer must pay a fee of 50% of the value. However, the buyer has the right to negotiate the confidentiality of the product for a limited time at no additional cost.
PROCESS
After partial or full payment of the commission, work will begin immediately if there is no other work in progress. Otherwise, the project will begin as soon as it is your turn. The buyer has the right to be informed when the project begins.
The buyer will receive constant updates on each stage of the work. During the sketch stage, the buyer has the right to request changes and adjustments at no additional cost. At the end of this stage, the buyer must evaluate and allow the project to continue to the next stages. Please note that after allowing the project to continue, the buyer will no longer have the right to request major changes, such as pose or perspective. To receive such changes, the buyer must consult with the artist, me, and pay a fee.
During the coloring stage, the buyer has the right to request changes in the colors and tones of the work at no additional cost.
After final delivery of the product and completion of the contract, the buyer will no longer have the right to request changes, so it is essential that the buyer be attentive when evaluating the process.
The buyer has a period of 30 days to allow the project stages to progress. If the buyer does not respond, their commission will be terminated without refund.
REFUNDS
The buyer has the right to cancel the project and request a refund at any time during the project sketch stage. However, the buyer will no longer have the right to request a full refund after the sketch stage is complete. (Only partial refunds)
If payment has not been made and the buyer is on the waiting list, they have the right to cancel the commission at any time.
Please be aware that I, the artist, have the right to cancel the project at any time during production and issue a refund.
